WhiteFolkz: Hmmm...The other side of the pillow, real cool, ya dig? The hand up the mona lisa's skirt. 2 time Best Male Rapper DMV Awards Winner. A Mack. A Business Owner. Aspiring Adult Film Star. Tattoo Enthusiast. Dream Salesman. America's Next Top OB/GYN. Oh Yeah....And I rap Too. lol

MIL: What made you wanna be a rapper?

WhiteFolkz: Well when I was 9 years old I heard Snoop Dogg-Doggystyle for the first time, listened to that album over and over again for months lol. That did it for me.

MIL: How did you go about fulfilling your passion to become a rapper?

WhiteFolkz: I bought an ASR-10 Ensonic, I think thats what it was called, made some beats, and record on a 4track tape deck.

MIL: What is the meaning of your name whitefolkz?

WhiteFolkz: Just the nickname people called me growing up.

MIL: What inspires u to make music Whitefolkz?

WhiteFolkz: Its my passion. Plus I love to entertain and make folks happy.

MIL: What concepts or message are you trying to get across in your music?

WhiteFolkz: Life is short, you only get one life, enjoy it. Party, Do Drugs, Fuck bitches, act crazy, have fun.

MIL: How much did Fuck Your Mixtape help your career?

WhiteFolkz: I did 150,000 and won a couple awards. It allowed me to get full sponsorship from Coast2CoastMixtapes.com and the respect and support of many DJ's all over the world.

MIL: Now let's talk about Alpha Dogg, What made you name the project Alpha Dogg?

WhiteFolkz: Alpha, the beginning, the top. Im a Topp Dogg. Its just another way of saying Topp Dogg.

MIL: Who did you work with on Alpha Dogg?

WhiteFolkz: Producers...ummm....Benny Rome of Drum Majors ATL of course, J-Scrilla of ILR, Jab The Future, JOTBent, The Funkregulata Celo and Team Demo. For the most part, I enlisted the help from the same producers on "F**k Your Mixtape."

Artists: E-Skillz, Wordsmith, Mullyman, Kingpenslim, Bear Witnez, Harmony Muzik, Southeast Slim, Tone Trump, Rated R and Don Juan.

MIL: What's your favorite song on Alpha Dogg?

WhiteFolkz: "Grown Folks"....and probably "Put It In Her Butt."

MIL: How has your music grown from Fuck Your Mixtape to Alpha Dogg ?

WhiteFolkz: Im trying to things, expanding my sound. Im always getting better. Cant be plateuing out here!

MIL: Do you feel you're in a different space musically?

WhiteFolkz: Yes and No...Im not sellin dope anymore so there is a lot less drug dealing music on AlphaDogg.

MIL: What happen with your Sony Deal?

WhiteFolkz: There were some conflicts of interest and other issues that I was uncomfortable with so I politely declined. There will be many more lucrative opportunities...I aint mad.

MIL: Will we finally get the B.F.A. project featuring yourself, Infaredz and D.C. Don Juan this year?

WhiteFolkz: I cant answer that. I say yes, which leaves 2 other people to say yes or no. But I say YES, im always ready for that project.

MIL: What's new with Topp Dogg Hill Records?

WhiteFolkz: We got a couple new artists added to the roster. Stay tuned. We've opened a couple new businesses, automotive and more, and of course the Tattoo Parlor is doing well.

MIL: What's your ultimate goal in this industry? How do you plan to get there?

WhiteFolkz: To be a artist with longevity, to be successful. To sell records. Ill get there by always staying true to my supporters and by having an impeccable work ethic.

MIL: What do you think is one of the biggest misconceptions u?

WhiteFolkz: That I cant rap LOL. Just because Im not a conscious or backpack rapper, just because i dont choose to make the most lyricial songs, DOES NOT mean I cant rap better than all these "Conscious" hip hop artists. Battle me. Put money on it and lets see who leaves broke.
