Jamaican born, Bronx bred MC Gangalee (Jamaican slang for an activist who gets the job done by any means necessary) lives every moment for her music. From being one of the original members of the BOUNCE SQUAD, to co-founding the all female Hip-Hop group “The Gypcees”, to her present position as CEO of DOE Inc. Ganga is truly on her way to making her mark in HIP HOP. With giants like MTV giving her shine as a featured artist on their series “PoweRGirls". She has opened up for a variety of artists like EPMD, Wyclef Jean, Capelton, Jaguar Wright, The Roots, Talib Kweli & Mos Def (Blackstarr) Redman, & AZ, just to name a few. She also performed at the world famous Black Lily shows in Philly, NYC, and DC.

Gangalee is currently featured on "Females of the Rap Game" mixtape, she also debuted on Austrian Hip Hop Mixtape Vol 1, that is now circulating abroad from Germany to London. She dropped her solo EP "Vintage Roots" ,which is currently on sale at amazon, Rhapsody and iTunes. Gangalee’s musical talents is a gift that will be loved and well received worldwide.
