MIL: What's good everyone?? We're here with my homegirl, well let me let you introduce yourself...

Bola: The name is Bola the "Black Betty Boop" aka Boss B..First Lady of the Hustle

MIL: So you're the 1st lady of Grand Hustle? How did that come about?

Bola: I actually came from the group Xtaci who has been with the label since the beginning..now currently on my solo journey..this is where I stand.

MIL: How do you like working with the folks of G.H.?

Bola: Its been a long time coming. The situation has always been a blessing though to have something to stand for. But I must say its a constant fight to be priority considering the fact, its many artists on the label now. It takes strength to handle things in the best way, because we are family.

MIL: How would you describe your sound? Who are your influences?

Bola: I would describe the sound as "best of all worlds" meaning I'm catering to all. I speak about life from my perspective but in a way so all can understand it. Its jus real. Its a sexy, gangstress feel wit a lil fun mixed up in there)

And some of my influences are tupac cuz he was jus deep...Jay Z, outkast, Tip of course..and I love all music period..the many genres influence me..I'm usually just inspired by life though.

MIL: I know you're on the road right now, what are your scheduled dates and where?

Bola: I'm jus a grinder...where ever the move is, if it makes sense. 2nite I'm in Goldsboro, NC...and don't have many scheduled, while focusing on recording and getting my next single out..I also do events where I speak to the next generation on some of the things I go through.. June 5th I have 1 of those events coming up in Atlanta..but u gotta just stay tuned with me on my twitter @bolabettyboop.

MIL: I know you've been on a few mixtapes, can you let the readers know which ones? Do you have your own out?

Bola: I've been on all "in da steetz" mixtapes by ti and the psc volume 1-4...many dj drama mixtapes from "down with the king" "the indictment" to our own we did with Drama called "gangsta girls" released in 02..in 05 we released "thelma and louise" and out now is my solo mixtape "jus gettin started"

MIL: You were originally with the group Xtaci, with another female, are you just gonna do the single act or will you be back as Xtaci?

Bola: I'm doing my solo thing right now, taking it day by day...actually making bigger moves than before so its jus Gods Plan. The situation may be again..really not up to me..but up to the other member who took other paths in life away from music...with me, it don't really leave me.

MIL: So where can we listen to/buy Bola?

MIL: What can we expect from BOLA that's different from the female artists that are out now?

Bola: From me u can expect a real artist. No gimmicks...I love it, and I'm true to it..and I'm great at it. Expect something to relate too.. something REAL.
