MIL: Can you Introduce your self to our readers?

FreddyP: Im Freddy P. Most might know me from being apart of MTV – Making the Band 2. The first all black cast to have a show on MTV.

MIL: What made you want to become a rapper?

FreddyP: When I was young I used too listen to tupac because he was bringing life to music. I could envision things he said.

MIL: How did you get the name Freddy P?

FreddyP: My dads initials were F.P. (Freddie Pollock) and he died a year prior to making the band so I took it upon myself to rep my father.

MIL: How is your family doing?

FreddyP: Families great and yours?

MIL:Mines is doing good also ,Who influenced you to get into hip-hop?

FreddyP: My big brothers, tupac and biggie.

MIL: Who are some of the artists that have influenced your career?

FreddyP: I have to say Biggie, Tupac, Jay-z and Weezy.

MIL: Do you remember the first song you ever wrote?

FreddyP: Naw not my first song but I remember my first verse.

MIL: How do you explain your lyrical style?

FreddyP: I hear people say that I am lyrical, but I just hold conversations through my verses and I guess the ability to hold a decent conversation is being lyrical. (Laugh)

MIL: How would describe your sound to somebody who never has heard your music before?

FreddyP: The first word would definitely be Original and the interesting and amusing. My sound is definitely entertaining.

MIL: Do you wish Da Band woulda stayed together?

FreddyP: Not really. I love them all, but I definitely would say that I am a believer in God don't make mistakes.

MIL: Do you stay in contact with anybody from the group?

FreddyP: Yea actually me and choppa got spots in Miami right around the corner from each other, literally. Lol.

MIL: What did you learn from working with Diddy?

FreddyP: How to hustle and to keep the same passion you had from day one.

MIL: Let's talk about your mixtape "Ski Mask Cash",What made you choose that name for the mixtape?

FreddyP: Ski Mask Cash came from one of my homies phone signature. It was self explainable.

MIL: Who did you work with on "Ski Mask Cash"?

FreddyP: I just wanted it to be about me on this mixtape, but my homie Yung Berg did some shit with me.

MIL: Where do you draw your inspiration for your writing?

FreddyP: Whatever is occurring in my life at the time, I hear that fire track and then waalaa.

MIL: Who are your Top 5 Rappers Dead or Alive?

FreddyP: Top 5..hmmm..Tupac, Big, Jay-Z, Weezy & Rick Ross.

MIL: What is your label situation right now?

FreddyP: Right now I am currently working wit Bryant Mckinnie of the Minnesota Vikings and his label Bmajor music.

MIL: What Project are you currently working on?

FreddyP: Right now I am currently working on my next mixtape "ME AGAINST THE WORLD".

MIL: What is the most important lesson you have learned in the music business?

FreddyP: I've learned that it's a business nothing more nothing less. Same rules apply to life, it is what you make it.

MIL: What can we expect from you for the rest of 2011?

FreddyP: More music.
