DJ K.I. recently was awarded the title of Grey Goose's Maryland Rising Icon DJ

From New Jersey to the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV), DJ K.I. goes well beyond the expectations of the typical disc jockey. Coming from a background of deejaying, DJ K.I. has learned to be a well rounded DJ and businessman at a rapid pace. Functioning in roles as an entrepreneur, mentor, and one of the most influential DJ's in the DMV, K.I. is equipped with a work ethic that compliments his technical abilities as a disc jockey.

Breaking on the scene in 2005 when he started to DJ various social events at Morgan State University located in Baltimore, MD, K.I. quickly expanded his market to include everything from university events to professional mixers. As a result of his success, DJ K.I. went on to found Powerhouse DJ's in 2008, which is a disc jockey and event marketing company where he manages to endorse and sponsor events all around the country.

Having the privilege of DJ'ing at some of the hottest venues in the country such as Nokia Center (Los Angeles), Dream Nightclub (Miami), Bed Nightclub (Miami), Love Nightclub (Washington D.C.), and HK Lounge (NYC), the opportunity arose for DJ K.I. to be inducted into Party Boys, which is a DJ coalition founded by Washington D.C.'s own DJ Quicksilver. Party Boys is an exclusive group made up of the most talented and relevant DJ's in the D.C. area.

With many new ventures in the works, DJ K.I. is a name you should become familiar with as he continues to rock crowds everywhere!
