Angelo "LoLo" Shepherd, hailing from Washington, D.C., is a multi-talented producer as well as artist. His love for music runs deep as he is a throughly seasoned sax, drum and violin player. Even as a child in grade school, Shepherd knew music was the field he wanted to pursue. School plays, marching bands, the church choir...if it had to do with music, it had to do with him. He also toured with his church's choir as a solo saxophonist throughout many of his childhood years. In his teen years his poetic skills transformed him into a skilled rap artist and soon after discovering how to produce music he begin making instrumentals, orginally for the purpose of his own use. After graduating from high school, the then 16 year old went to college at Virginia State University where he quickly developed into a impressive music producer. In 2009 after traveling the east coast promoting his music in clubs and on the streets he decided to return to school and transferred to North Carolina Central University to study TV and Radio Broadcasting, where he is currently enrolled. He has produced songs for many DMV-based artist including Young Malan, Fatz Tha Big Fella, Kevin Ross, Black Cobain, Miss Kim of Backyard Band, Wale and other artists from the DC metropolitan area. LoLo founded Monumental Musik Productions in 2010 and continues to pursue a degree while producing music as a career with aspirations of developing into the go-to hit record producer and Billboard chart-topping artist in the music industry.
