Boogie Black: My name is Boogie Black. I'm from Queens, NY. Born & raised.

Mocca: How did you get the name Boogie Black?

Boogie Black: (laughing) Everybody always called me black. I got Boogie from 2 things.

1. My people gave me that name from basketball in high school. I played for Thomas Edison in Queens, NY/ Laurinburg Prep in North Carolina & R.C.A in Albany, NY, College at Suffolk Community West
2. I never stay in one spot to long. I just put both names together.

Lo-Key: We're a production management company, straight out of PG County, Maryland. We're all CEOS/Producer/Song writers. We also have two more people behind us, D General, our artists that we're pushing, and another producer J Rod/Engineer.
