Some females are good "female" rappers! Maria J is a good rapper; male or female aside. The "5 Star Freestyle" shows that even a dude can get ripped. Maria's delivery and catchy lines are aggressive. A far cry from the Nicki Minaj bubble gum rap that the radio is brain-washing us to like. She is definitely aware of what people may think of her lyrically ability and speaks on it with lines like "don't be deceived by the pretty face, it aint how it looks, its how it sounds". Point blank - it goes! Check it out for yourself, promise you'll enjoy it.
